We’ve developed a culture with our own little hashtag.
We like to take things easy, but that doesn’t mean we don’t work hard for our customers. Our work environment is relaxed, friendly and supportive, yet we know how to knuckle down when a job needs doing.
Celebrating individual achievements and taking the time to soak up good times together is also important to us. So we put on regular award events to acknowledge the efforts of our team members and host a variety of social occasions throughout the year — not just the annual Christmas party — to encourage everyone to connect, relax and feel like they’re part of the Optimising IT family.
