For B Corp Month 2025, the theme was #GenB – giving a spotlight to all companies big and small that make up the community. It’s grown into a global campaign supported by thousands of purpose-driven B Corps, and it’s only getting bigger.

What Happens in B Corp Month?

B Corp Month is all about connection. Communities come together to share how they’re upholding high standards of social and environmental responsibility, transparency and accountability. The month shines a light on the positive stories and campaigns behind the movement and is filled with events, panel discussions and networking opportunities to encourage new companies to join.

At Optimising IT, we joined the movement in full force, attending B Local Cornwall events, discussions at PurposeFest in Bristol and carrying out environmental incentives like beach cleans. It gave us the opportunity to understand how to do business in the most ethical and sustainable way.

New data from B Lab UK reveals that B Corps outperform ordinary businesses across many metrics, including revenue growth, talent acquisition and social and environmental impact.
