We offer both on-demand site visits and regular onsite IT Support visits to ensure we’re getting to hear about any IT issues or challenges your staff are facing.

Onsite IT support is here for when there is something that can’t be done remotely — plugging in that new printer, replacing the broken wi-fi access point, or if you still have servers in the office, patching, supporting and updating. If you still have servers in the office, factory or warehouse (known as on-premise services in tech speak), you might want to look at the advantages of using the cloud to run your IT operations.
As a business, we offer a remote IT support solution as part of our standard package. Onsite support, where required, can be billed separately as part of any of our support packages, or if you know how many days a month you would like to have someone onsite, we can make sure this is included in your package.
That’s a great question! It does depend on what level of support you require. If you need someone to set up a printer or deliver new laptops, this will be a lower cost than a certified network engineer installing or fixing a firewall, for example.
